FAQ
Was the conference shortened?
Yes.
How do I find out what are the registration fees and how I can get a receipt or confirmation of payment?
Read the payment form or contact Bob Fray.
Do we have to fill in two registration forms?
Yes, you need to fill in the registration form and the payment form. (It is the paradigm of Internet shopping: first you log on to a site at which you have an account (a logging id and password); and then, when you want to buy something, you make a credit cart payment through a secure site payment form.)
How do I register and pay fees?
Register your presentation using the registration form and then make the payment using the payment form.
